Here at Blue Ocean Institute we are focused on researching the impact of the spill, making recommendations to policy makers and informing the general public in an attempt to prevent such damage in the future. We will continue to use the lessons of the Gulf tragedy to underscore the dramatic need for our conservation concerns to be heard, and to encourage actions that ensure ocean habitat and wildlife issues remain "top of mind."
